2012 SH AWD Advance?
2012 SH AWD Advance?
My 09 SH AWD tech is coming off lease in the next couple of weeks and I am trying to lease another 12 SH AWD Advance. My question is what would be a good number to shoot for under MSRP?
The current vehicle I am looking at has a MSRP of 48,858 that includes destination fee. I have been told there is some equity in my 09 with a residual buyout of 22550.
Thanks in advance for your input.

If you can get at least 3-4k off of msrp that's not a bad price. That's what i negotiated back in april for my 6m/t 2012.
Although they told me if I was buying an auto - then I would have been paying less - cause the manuals are so rare.

Here is what I have so far:
49,950 MSRP includes 2800 in accessories & installation
Front , rear and side spoilers, remote start, & side body molding
43,300 total capitalized costs
23184 residual
.96% (.0004) money factor
First month and 175.00 = out the door

Well I got the dealers work sheet and I am a little confused. We were about $23.00 off on monthly payment and after looking at his sheet his money factor is .960 and then he divides that by 1000 for a .00096 and I always thought you multiply by 24 to get the %. .00096 X 24 = 2.3%. That doesn't sound like top tier money does it or is my math all wrong?
