Confirmation of the 2012 TL 6 speed Auto is in. It is geared more aggressively than the RL 6 speed. No specific details yet, but with this new information, this give more validity to the quoted numbers of 0-60 in 5.45 seconds. The RL does this in 6.1 seconds and is geared for cruising and luxury, while being heavier in overall vehichle weight. Since the new TL is lighter, more aggressively geared, and gets a software update for faster shifting, Acura may have a ringer here! I am told that delivery of my Blackbird will be in late March to early April.
