Have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis for almost a year. Trouble free and rattle free. It has all of the stuff a luxury car should have for less than a TL Advance. The Tau engine is to die for. That said....I miss my 2010 SHAWD a lot some days.

The Genesis steering is numb. There's too much body roll. The 8 speed is a little sluggish. I miss TL seats. I miss a of things about the TL and will be checking out the 5G.

Do I regret buying the Genny? Not yet. Its great for the.bad roads in LA. It just doesn't stir the soul except when I'm accelerating and feel the pull of that amazing Tau V-8.

Yep, you're right about the AWD. The word is the next gen gets it. But we'll see.

Speaking of Kia...check out the K-9. Designed by the guy who desined the Audi look. Supposed to fit the niche between the Hyundai Equus and the Genesis.
