2010 TL shutting down and clicking
Have to jump to start, battery does not stay charged.. Car shuts down driving, clicking noise inside and outside. Dash lights flickering.. Suggestions appreciated!

That's what I'd guess. Fully charge the battery or use a new battery then try to start the car. If it starts fine but the battery light stays on, it indicates that the alternator is not working correctly.
These cars are very sensitive to voltage fluctuations or low voltage. You'llgYou'll all the lights freaking out right away like a Christmas tree if the voltage is too low.
