I would like to thank everyone for informing me of the "Screech On Start" issue that occurs when the car is cold. I just purchased the car 3 weeks ago and noticed the sound every time I started the car when it was below 30 degrees. At first I thought this was normal when the car is cold but after reading this forum I took it to the dealer right away and they diagnosed that it required a new starter engine. On a side note they gave me a 2014 FWD TL for a loaner car and I must say that is definitely quieter than my 2010 3.7 AWD. It has pretty good pickup for a front wheel drive car as well. But overall I like the aggressive look and power of my car more. It's funny how I've been a German car fan for years (I still am) but you just can't beat the value that Acura offers; especially with SH-AWD.
