2010 3.5 vs 3.7 pros and cons

Hi everyone,
just curious if the 3.5 has the same issues as the 3.7 or vice versa. New to 4th gens but I've read tons about them burning oil and other issues.
Just curious if they both have same issues and what I should be looking for as cons for the 3.5.
Thanks

If you don’t require a manual transmission or awd get the 3.5. You will have a great car with significantly less risk.

Thanks, I wanted the AWD but I know these cars are still great in the snow as fwd and always had fwd for winter cars.
Not to mention that on those bad snow days, I have my 21 ram 1500 to get me threw whatever😎

The only minus 3.5 is weight and a longer warm-up time of the engine to operating temperature. I have 3.7, 177k miles, oil consumption is zero, but I think that 3.5 should be more reliable than 3.7.

The 3.5 is probably more reliable. The issue that I have found with the 3.7 is that she loves drinking oil. I've looked on this forum for a fix for the issue and people are saying that Acura would fix it, but i think they said its was expensive.

Acura would fix the oil consumption issue under the extended warranty from the in-service date of the car, if you're past that (date or mileage), you're SOL and it's on you.

3.5 way more reliable than the 3.7L. Less maintenance and it's got about the same amount of power.

If you do want AWD but not the stick shift then maybe a TLX?
