Is it only me or are others seeing this in the app? From day 1 my app was missing it showing inaccurate informations. I’ve called Acura support and they have had me reset the car, delete and reinstall the app etc any it’s not much better? Anyone else found a fix??
My car has almost 18k miles and is driven everyday.
I have the same issue. Mine tells me I have low tire pressure but hte car indicates otherwise. Alos no update on trips since august. As well as milage and gas tank level off by a lot. remote start and locks work in the app though
So had that update done. It fixed the odometer, but trips still not being updated.
I had this problem and it was resolved by changing permission settings. Sorry I can’t be more specific because it was 6 months ago. I called the customer service number for the Acura Link app and they walked me through it. If someone else has success perhaps they could document the steps. It was pretty simple.
Allow Access. This has already been set to enabled. Thanks.
I knew I shouldn’t have posted that I wasn’t having this problem. A few weeks ago my AcuraLink app stopped updating the ‘Range’ and the ‘Odometer’ :-(
it was working perfectly, I didn’t change anything, but it just quit updating these two parameters.
I called AcuraLink support and we tried everything they could think of both in the vehicle settings and my iPhone to no avail. The next step before moving me up the food chain is to reset the infotainment system. Since we plan a road trip I’m holding off on this because I will lose all my personalized settings. Of course support said they have not had this problem, lol.
I've only owned my 2022 MDX for a month now, but no issues with AcuraLink thus far. Admittedly, I only use AcuraLink to check on my vehicle and remote start it on cold mornings, but I do have all of the features enabled. Most concerning to me is the oil % indication after so few miles and the horrible gas mileage I'm getting so far. I thought most new vehicles were going to ~10k miles before a change?

I am getting 20-21 mpg with mixed driving and 25mi mpg on the highway. It’s what I expected considering the size of the MDX. Just had my first oil change at 7K miles with 20% oil life remaining.

After I do the system reset I’ll report back.
The AcuraLink data is updating properly again after my first oil change. They did not perform any software update or system reset. I can only guess that by resetting the oil life to 100% after the oil change it may have also fixed it ?? No other explanation. Might be worth a try, just remember that the oil life data will no longer be accurate until the next oil change.

Another update:
After updating properly subsequent to my first oil change the app quit updating the odometer mileage and range data once again after about 4K miles. I just had my second oil change and like before the app is now updating properly. There is definitely something about resetting the oil life that allows this data to be updated in the app.
I have the same problem, spent over 30 minutes twice on the phone with Acura customer service, they went over all settings in vehicle and my iphone 13, no luck, told me to take it to the dealer, I am waiting till the next oil change,
Thanks SpiderX1016 for sharing that service bulletin !
