Where is the OBD2 port?

Where is the OBD2 port?
The only info I can find says it’s below the steering wheel and above the gas pedal.

can someone tell me exactly where it is, and a picture would be great. Thanks…

If you're looking at the fuse panel on the left hand side of the driver's foot well, isn't it the white multi pronged connector just above it and a little bit closer to the front seat?

Not a 2023, but the plug is in the same location.
