Hi All,

I have a B16 maintenance coming up, so I'm trying to schedule it using acuralink. They issue is in acura link my name is “NotAvailable” and it won't allow me to go to the next step, or to update it.

Do I have to call Acura for them to update that, or is there anywhere in the app or online that I can do it myself?

did you try the website? https://acuralink.acura.com/#/ click on manage subscriptions and you should be able to edit your profile from there

 

Could also be a phone issue. I'm able to update the vehicle nickname with my iPhone 6S+.
