I have a 2022 mdx and suddenly since this morning, there is like a bouncing ball bearing like sound coming from the sunroof area whenever I break or jerk. It’s like a small ball bearing rolling around on breaking and acceleration. Has anyone had that? Any solutions?

 

Had this exact sound come from our 2020 Acura MDX. Little did I know that our 10 year old, at the time, had placed a round BB up in the sunroof area while the sunroof was open and the car was parked in the garage. The BB was just rolling around to the side of the sunroof while we were accelerating, braking and turning.

The likelihood of THIS exact cause of your sound is slim to none, but I just found it interesting you described the sound just as it sounded to me a few years ago.
