Need help to reset service minder from acuralink app

Hi everyone, I just did my A1 service from my dealer yesterday. Oil life already reset to 100% but the service minder still displays on my Acuralink app. Do anyone know how to make the minder goes away from the app. Please see attached pictures. Thank you.

I'm also having this issue. Were you able to figure it out?

I've been using Acuralink with my 18 RLX and 19 MDX for over 4 years. I noticed maintenance reminders, messages, and alerts can take some time to clear from the app automatically. I sometimes get alerts on the app that are not indicated with anywhere within the vehicle and it can take several weeks to clear. I mostly use the app to sent addresses, heads up on issues, or checking the status on my vehicle without starting it.

There is a very simple way to to reset the service reminder.
1. Tap on the notification envelope
2. It will take you to the My Vehicle page.
3. Tap on Edit
4. You'll see the various notifications with the minus sign inside the red circle
5. Tap the circle corresponding to the notification you want to delete
6. The Delete option shows up and you hit it to delete the particular message

Is this with iPhone? On Android phone, deleting notification is by swiping left, but I cannot do that for priority notification. The solution I have been using to clear maintenance notificaiton is logging out to re-login.
