Heated steering wheel for A-Spec

Heated steering wheel for A-Spec
I plan on leasing a 2023 Acura MDX A-Spec. The car has all basic options I need but the heated steering wheel is not one of them.
My current car, a 2020 BMW 540, as well as all my other cars over the last 10 years, had this option.
On 5-series it is $200 option can be residualised.
On the Acura it is $510 for the part only. I was able to talk a couple of dealers into $620+tax installed.
Not a cheap solution but what bothers me most, will my dealer install this accessory without any damage to the interior.
Please share you experience with adding the heated wheel. A possible damage is my biggest concern.

Anyway, they did a fine job. Left the interior a little dirty but it was nothing that I could not clean with a wet paper towel.
