AcuraLink app for my 2024 MDX has not refreshed since January 13th. Called AcuraLink which indicated they are receiving calls about this and transferred me to Technical Support. Technical Support had me delete and reinstall the app - no luck. Case created and expecting a follow-up call to troubleshoot in the next 24-48 hours.

Anyone else having the same experience?

 

Hasn’t worked all day in our 2020 RDX but it did start all on it’s own while parked in our attached garage with the door closed..twice. This was 20 to 30 minutes after it failed to start at my wife’s work.
I contacted AcuraLink and expressed my safety concerns and was told not to touch the app for 48 hours.
