Thumbs up Yokohamas-Sweet Rims

I saw these rims in chrome on a GS, it looked sweet! Anyone know their site?



They are Yokohama AVS VS5

those wheels are old school yokohama advan wheels. they were discontinued long ago...good 5 years since i've seen them.

they were replaced by the AVS Model 5.

good luck finding any advan wheels in the US now...they lost their u.s. distributor last year when it went belly up. need to find tuner shops that have connections to get parts straight from japan.

yeah i love the advan nsx. its actually a japanese spec nsx-R running 18x8 front (225) front and 19x10 (275) rear Model 5's...according to yokohama.

someone posted these on the CL board, they look very similar, and it sounds like there easier to get.

forget which board, but there was a honda accord v6 coupe owner selling those same exact wheels (original avs wheels, vs5 i believe)...i think it was 18x8 too.

Maybe you already know what these wheels are but just in case here it is;

There called "Muse", made by Axis wheels. But they also mention the name Xenex. Just click on products and you'll see the Muse. Comes in 19X8" 5x114 and the offset is +45.

the AVS wheels are very nice but not made for chroming. I suggest you get the AVS5 and not a cheap immitation.
