WTF OEM parts price????
What is going on that I'm missing out here?
170.91 - 122.85 - α = 202.62??

Honda probably buys the whole shock as an assembly from their supplier.
They may not stock springs alone...or the springs are bought from a supplier or a 3rd party for a higher cost due to lower volume or just higher piece price.
Buy the assembly if its cheaper.

When I replaced the front shock on my TL-S, I decided to buy the whole assembly and it simple as remove and reinstall.
