i am going to say
not a huge fan of black rims on the nbp, they tend to look smaller than they actually are and i dont think they add anything positive to the car color, especially since the car isnt really black.
but if you must than go with a silver/chrome/whateva lip. it will break up the color difference and it will flow better with the rest of the car.

if you go with those wheels you'd have to run 225/40-18 tires... not very competition for a competition wheel...
you realy can't go anylower than +32 for a 8" wheel to be able to run 245 series tires
