would this fit???

would this lug patterns (5-114.3) fit, and what offset is need for 19x7.5 rims for it not to rub?

5x114.3 or 5x4.5 is standard TL bolt pattern so yes it will fit. 19x7.5 rims, I would say at least +48 to +51. Correct me if I'm wrong guys. My 18x7 with +45 doesn't rub and no tab cutting.

tire size makes a difference too...45ish is good while 50ish is better with either 225 or 235/35s.
