Would 245/45/18 fit on 18x8+45mm?

My front tire is vandalized by street tough. I'm thinking about getting 245/45/18. Would those tires fit on my car without rubbing?

they wont rub if you are not slammed but they will throw the odometer off

245/40-18 - Diameter Difference is 1.52%... Speedo is 1.532% too slow
245/45-18 - Diameter Difference is 5.1%..... Speedo is 5.361% too slow

That sucks, but does it really cause a huge problem? I was in the same shape as the OP and I love 245/45s.
