If the body of the car woobles over bumps or bounces unevenly, that is different than a tire that is out of balance or a vibrating axle. So, you all have to define the symptoms better.

I know if the rear toe-in is not set on the original post, then you have a massive toe-in problem. You're nearly on the ground.. But since you have a crappy phone camera like you said, then take another picture since its so easy. Odds are you still need a rear alignment because up 1.25 inches from that pic is still low

Did you guys unload your suspension bushings during the install? There could be a high torsional load on them now after you went lower.

Other than that, check your control arms, sway bars (along with all other suspension arms..) ??

Raise it slightly and find out??

This is kind of a strange issue to have, however...

Slight improvement raising it

So I raised it slightly now....still have vibrations accelerating until between 20 and 25 mph. Another problem though, I'm seeing leaks...cant really tell if its oil or tran fluid and I don't know how long its been happening

^Do you have photos of how low you are?

I just scrolled up to the photos of OP's slammed car. Lol...if the car is having issues operating at that height...there's really no mystery.

I assume the leak is something unrelated. Did you just get an oil change? Where is it coming from and what colour is it? Is it just water from the AC condensation pipe?
