Question Winter Rims and Tires on 6-speed TL

Does anyone know if winter rims will fit on the 6-speed 2006 TL?
I'm worried that the Brembo calipers might not allow it!
Thanks for you help.

What winter wheels? Specifics are needed. As long as they are at least 17" with the proper offsets, you'll be fine.

My suggestion, throw some Blizzaks or similar on the stock wheels for winter, and get a nice set of Rims/Tires for the rest of the year in an 18/19/20" or whatever floats your boat.

And a good suggestion that is. I would have done the same if I hadn't picked up some "good enough" looking 17" alloys, on very good closeout, fitted with Blizzaks last year.

If by "winter rims" you mean "steel rims", I know of no steel rims that fit the 6MT.

Are you happy with your Blizzaks? I need to replace my EL42s and have decided to go with a dedicated Winter tire, but was thinking the Dunlop M3, based on what I saw on Tirerack.com. Which model do you have? I will get dedicated Summer tires in the Spring.

RonJons for the other 9 months of the year...
