Will these wheels rub?

Post Will these wheels rub?

Do you guys think that an 18x8 with a +43 offset and a 225/40/18 rub? My car isnt dropped yet, but am thinking about dropping it......what kind of drop will be safe without rubbing?

You can try....But I think it will rub...
here is my setting 44 offset 17"x7.5
with 225/45/17.......no rubbing, coz i rollded my fender..if not it will rub a little....ALso, i drop with Eibach prokit

8 is too wide and +43 offset is too low. It will rub if you lower it.
Comptech probably gives you least drop and some folks here rub with them.
Unless u r gonna roll the fender. I don't recommend that.
