I have a acura tl s 07...I plan to put 9.5 wide rim in the back with a 255/35/19 tire...and i'm dropping the car with h&r springs..so its suppose to be a 1.3 drop in the back...will it rub..if i run dat size tire?

Depends on the offset. I'd say you'll need a +50 offset with that setup to clear the rear quarter.

I have a 08' TL Type-S lowered with H&R Sport springs, running a 19x9.5in rear rim w/ a 42mm offset AND rear 275/30R19 tires.

I'm switching to a new setup for the winter and I will be running a 20x10in rear rim w/ a 40mm offset and 285/30R10 tires.

Well da rim is a 9.5..and i want to do a 45 offest so da wheel will tuck in more....so i.m jus not sure if i should do a 255/25/19 or 245/35/19 tire....plus i dont wanna hear road noise..with a wider tire....

Thanks for the correction. Your opinion is indeed more valuable than mine. I'm still learning this stuff...

Also take into consideration the overall design of the wheel. As long as the offset is negative such as anything below the stock wheel offset (48mm is the stock Type-S wheel offset I believe...someone correct me if I am wrong) you should be okay.
