you might have to cut the plastic bumper tab with that setup and that will be it. if you camber correct, however, it could be a potential problem since the 42 offset is on the low side. lastly, tires usually extend past the surface of the wheel so it's design will need to be factored in.
i have an 02 tl-s with 18x7.5/42, 225/40, prokits on stock struts and rear camber kit. originally, i had pirelli p7000ss and i only needed to trim the portion of the rear bumper that becomes part of the wheel arch. when i switched to bridgestone re750s with a more squared off tire shoulder, it started to rub the metal lip so that needed to be trimmed. if you don't have camber kits, then it might not matter. i did not have any problems with the front setup which does not have a camber kit installed.
