Will these lugs fit with stock wheels?
Hi, I have a 2004 base TL, and I bought it with some hideous aftermarket wheels. I finally found a guy who wants to trade me his OEM wheels, but he doesn't have the lugs. I want to put them on ASAP so I bought this kit from Advance auto parts. I know they are the right thread pattern, but are they wide enough to secure the OEM wheels on? Sorry if this question has already been answered. I'm on my phone and hard to search this exact topic.

They will thread on, but they are the wrong type for the stock wheels. Honda/Acura wheels use Ball Seat lug nuts, not Tapered lug nuts.

Ok, so are these dangerous to put on with stocks?

^it wont fit. you will need ball seat lug nuts and not tapered lug nuts

just the way the wheel was made.

a few wheels, their lug nut holes are made with a taper.
while some wheels are flat.

you wont be able to fit a ball seat (flat) lug nut onto a tapered (V) rim and vice versa.

Ok, I'm having a hard time finding a set at auto zone or advance that will work. I'd really like to find a set local for around $30 if anyone has a suggestion please let me know. I will love anyone forever who posts a link of something that will work. So I'm looking for a ball seat non tapered lug? But not flat either? I saw advance has flat or acorn tapered.

edit: how tall/wide do they need to be? I see varying sizes on ebay.

I'm so confused.. I don't see quantity anywhere on this.. I think I see 20 but it says 20"
