Will these clear the brembos???

Good morning my AZ family going to pick up some wheels off my friend and I'm wondering if this offset will work on my MT 05 TL
19x8.5 +20 225/35/19
19x9.5 +20 235/35/19
Thanks in advance for the info

What wheel is it? But in general, +20 should clear it with no problem at all.

Those specs usually clear but for bbs style rims they usually have a hard time due to design. I'm almost certain they won't fit with those specs but I could be wrong. Report back and let us know.

If I were you, I would test fit them. The seller should be fine with you doing that. Because you don't want to go home excited and then it doesn't fit. Know what I mean? Most sellers will let you.

I run a 18x8.5 with a 28 offset right now and a 18x9.5 with a 22 in the rear. Fenders pulled and rolled

You had to pull fenders to run those specs?

I thought that you could run those without a pull, but just with a roll. But I guess it all depends on your tire too. Too many factors. Haha

Yup. So many factors to make a wheel fit.

Okay, title is asking about clearing brembos.
If this is what you are worried about then you need to find out if these wheels are high disk or low disk.

Generally, a lower offset like 20 should be a high disk, which should clear brembo brakes since it will give more room behind the spokes/faces.

Though, you can have a low or normal disk with a low offset that still wont clear brakes due to the low or normal disk. If this is the case then some spacers will easily help clear the brembos.

Aside from that, a few members have now mentioned a drop coming into play. A drop has NOTHING to do with clearing brakes so I assume these users are talking about clearing your fenders.
If so then you are going to have a harder time fitting the wheels IF you are lowered.

So OP... are you worried about fender fitment or just if they will clear brembos? Two different concepts that can oppose each other with more aggressive wheel set ups.

It sounds like he is worried about clearing the Brembos. The only thing with replicas, they don't usually say high, normal, or low disk. So it's almost hit and miss with those wheels.

pretty much all replicas require more aggressive offsets to clear brembos, the bbs lm reps are notorious for being even harder to clear due to the flat spoke design. thats why Im saying theres a chance it might not fit

Don't buy wheels from a company that doesn't know what a high verse low disk is.
End of story.

Reps are one thing but a company that can't tell you if it's high or low disk shouldn't be making wheels. That is scary.

He's purchasing from a friend and not a dealer. So hopefully his friend knows. OP, did you pick up the wheels?

I was actually getting the from Craigslist but when I was about to leave to get them the guy isn't answering his phone anymore. Oh well. I love my wheels now but someone stole my center caps and I can't find any online anywhere there enkie pk6 wheels light silver. Also my fenders are rolled the old school way with a bat and magazines lol!

Assholes. Sorry about the stolen caps. I'd honestly rather rock enkeis over reps.
Maybe pick up another set of enkeis for cheap??
