It's hard to say definitively that these will fit. There in no information in the CL ad to base a decision on. Acura made model specific A-Spec rims for the TSX, TL and believe the RL. I'm not sure if they made rims specific to the MDX.
With that being said it - if these rims were on a 2001 - 2006 MDX the bolt pattern is the same as your 3G TL (5 x 114.3). What we can't tell is the rim width and more importantly the offset, which may cause problems.
The tires on those rims are likely going to be a problem as they are nearly 3.5" larger in overall diameter and this is definitely going to throw your speedometer and odometer off by approx 11.5% too fast. Going to guess the tires will rub as well. Tire width isn't an issue as many 3G TL owners have had 245 and 255 width tires on theirs - including me. Again offset may or may not become and issue.
You would also need to do some research as to cross compatibility of the TPMS sensors between a 1G MDX and a 3G TL.
If you are truly interested in these, you need to reach out to the seller for more info. Size and offset are stamped on the inside of the rim on the spokes.
Good luck.

The offset seems really high on that wheel. I don't know if it will clear your calipers. For BBK, it looks like it most definitely will not work. Best bet is to ask if you can test fit the wheel. And for the tires, no go for sure. You need to run a smaller sidewall. Probably a 40.
