I don't see why not. A lot of regular TL owners have type-S rims on (either CL-S or TL-S). The only difference is CL-S is 17x7 while the TL-S is 17x6.5, but they both should fit.

Wheels will fit, but be cautious about the size tires you put on them. Ed (Shoof) mounted stock cl-s wheels with 215/50-17 and they didn't fit. If you're buying, try them on for size before handing over the cash.
