yes they will, i have them on my car right now and no issues except the speedo being off.actual speed is 1.4% slower than speedo to be exact. no rubbing, and it seems to protect the rims better. if you use search you will find a couple more threads around here about this topic. hope i helped!

yes, hata_61 is right. speedo will be off by a marginal amount of around 1%
