Where to buy some average tires?
I need to get new tires for my 05 TL.
I'm not looking for anything fancy, just somethings that's inexpensive and will get the job done.
Which tire should I get and what's the best place online to order them?
Thanks.

Not that I'm recommending the following, but if you want new skins:
235/45-17 All Season tires
Tire Rack
Kumho Ecsta AST $81.00
How low do you want to go?
Take a look at the tires on the net, quite interesting for the price.
Tires-easy.com
Sunny SN3800 $58.40 (Z)
Achilles ATR Sport $63.30 (Z)
Runway ENDURO 916 $64.20 (Z)
Kelly Fierce HP $68.00 (H Rated)
Sigma Sceptor G/P326R $68.30 (V)
Capitol SPORT UHP $72.30 (W)
Nexen N7000 $77.40 (W)
Nexen N 5000 $78.10 (H Rated)

Out of the above I'd go with the Kuhmo.. I had the ASX ( non-directional and can be rotated front / back / side to side ) and they are a few more $$ then the AST which is a directional tire and your limited on rotation.
I have had 2 sets of the low $$ tires like the ones listed above and both I had trouble getting them to balance and one was out of round.
The Kuhmos were excellent.

I miss my 03 CL-S :(
Check Sears - they give you a good warranty where they fix them free for as long as you have them (gotta pay a little more though).
They sell the Kumhos since I have them in my TSX right now. I used to also have Falkens which I also got from Sears. Free alignment and rotation while you have them, too. Prices comparable to TireRack.

But I assume that the OP doesn't need/want to spend mega-bucks on UHP tires, and really doesn't need to either. Honestly, most of our time is spent in traffic going to/from work where an ultra high performance tire is no better than a regular all season doughnut.
There are good quality tires that are inexpensive which will give adequate performance and tread life....check tirerack.com for reviews.

Don't buy a Sumitomo or Kumho for $60/$80, but must buy Michelin Pilot MXM4 for $266, which by the way, are at the bottom of the barrel in most every category?
Just curious.
