Wheels that clear Brembos in 6MT

Does anybody know if these wheels will clear the brembo brakes in my 6MT?

TSW SLOT
18X8 5-114.3 45C (chrome and gun metal)

Tires: FALKEN AZENIS ST-115 : 245/40ZR-18

I'm having a tough time finding wheels with screw designs that will fit.

We tried the Motoring REV 18x8 5-114.3 40M (machine finish)
and they didn't clear the Brembos.

If you know of any wheel that clears the brembos on 18 inch, please post it here.

thanks

i believe with a 43mm offset it will clear the brembos, but most people say 45mm to be safe.

caball88 is correct. But, while this is a good guideline to go by, it is not just the offset you need to look at. The harder part is to figure out if the spoke design of the wheel will allow the space to clear the calipers.

tires.com sells TSW wheels, try calling them and speaking to a representative. Or tirerack.com can also help you. The specs could be correct in every way but if the spokes don't clear it, they will not fit.

Good luck.

You can try calling the wheel manufacturer as well, they usually will know if wheels will clear a certain car or not.

Yup. The stock 17" is the same for the manual & auto. It was designed that way. Saw the pics of the meet, good stuff!

I was looking at getting 18" Volk GT-7's. Does anyone know what the offset would be to fit the 05 TL 6MT??? 18x18.5, 18x10.5

45 mm offset is the stock offset. You should be able to run anywhere 40-45mm offsets without a problem. (Some ppl are also running 35mm offsets, but that is not ideal).

By the way 18x10.5 is too wide. The widest I would go on a TL is 8.5 (which is what you are putting in the front). The width of that rear wheel would cause it to rub (plus you are doing a staggered setup on a FWD).
