I don't know of anyone on here that has done that. But there are trade in programs where you can give them your wheels in a core exchange, and they ship you chrome ones.
Do you not like any custom wheels? There are so many cheap options out there.

I like the stockies...haven't really looked at customs...found a site that would do the stocks for abot $110 each. I used to have a link to a wheel exchange guy but can't find it anymore...
