you are going to need hub rings that center bore is larger than the TL 64.1 mm ..
not sure if that 35mm offset is too close .. should be ok do a test fit on the car

Neither of these are a problem, even with a 245 tire. The front is easy cheese, but the rear will need a drop, and maybe a slight roll.

my first set was 18 x 8.75 +35 with 235/40 rubber dropped on BC coils, and didn't even have to mess with the rears, only had to roll the fronts and shaved the tab. My current set up I am running 18 x 10 +25 with 245/40 and just now rolled the rears, still not running any camber kits - so I don't see 18x8 +35 and 18x9 +33 being too much of an issue, especially if you aren't lowered.
I agree on the hub rings - 73.1 to 64.1 is what you want.
Just to give you an idea - this is my current set up - just natural camber...

I agree!!!!! Don't see where you would have to do anything. I have 19x10 +45(f) +35(r), haven't rolled any fenders with natural camber with 265/30/19 all the way around. The only rub I have is pulling into my drive with the front wheels turned.
