Wheel Style on TL - Mesh or 5-Spoke?

Just curious what everyone thought looked better on the TL. I want a wheel with a decent lip, so now I am wondering if a mesh style like the BBS LM or a 5-spoke like the SSR GT3 would look better on the TL.

Thanks,
-Brandon

I'm personally more of a BBS/Mesh fan myself, I had RC's on my previous car, but you can't go wrong with either one of those wheels. I considered getting the SSR GT3 with the satin finish but I decided on a Volk mesh wheel instead.

Mesh is the way to go IMO especially when trying to make your car look different from stock. LMs though?? Those are pretty expensive and not the best fit for our TL...If I went BBS, I would go RGR.

I probably wouldn't get LMs for this car, but something like it. It was just the best example of a mesh style wheel that I like.

brandon,
i was told by a few that the TL needs some "rim". the 5 spoker leaves alot of "space".

i went for the OZ Superleggera Race (silver) 17x8x45mm, a spoked rim, but fills the space nicely.

i voted the BBS, there's moe to that rim than the 5 spoker....

Decent lip on FWD=decent . Stick to straight spokes like the GT-1s.

Mesh Or 5-spoke ?

Brandon.

One of the BEST buys out there now, is on the Speedy Teck D wheel. Super nice lip with multi spoke center....very clean!! Check them out at the Victory tire and wheel site on line(their in the L.A. area).

DAVE.
