Wheel Setup

I'm looking at the following specs to upgrade from 17" to 18" on my Type-S. Anyone see any issues? Is it a must to put in TPMS?

18" x 8.75
5 x 114.3
73.1 Centerbore (Would need some hub centric rings)
+35 Offset (They do have a +20 offset)
235/40/18 Tires (Brand new tires that I have so working around them)

No plan to drop the height at the moment.

Thanks!

The sensors don't need to be installed if you don't mind looking at the light when driving, or hearing the alarm at every start.
Far from a wheel guru, but am confused about the dimentions listed, +35 but having a +20 offset and the 8.75, backspacing and not the wheel width?

Might as well just post the wheel model/part and let the guys, or girls have a look.

these wheels are XXR something, that's the usual sizes they come in. 8.75 is the wheels width and they offer +35 mm offset and +20mm offset. There is a few members running XXR wheels, search up some threads about these and see how they fit and if they fit over the brembos. Also, you can transfer those TPMS to the new wheels, or look at the light on the dash. Personally, I'd get new TPMS and mount them on new wheels and leave the stock ones on stock wheels for winter or what ever
