There's Robert's Wheel's in downtown San Francisco & Pacific Rim in Pittsburg (925)473-0277 at 941 Garcia Ave. Suite A 94565.
Last year my rim got some curb rash & I called Pacific Rim's to get a quote of around $220 to completely repaint & fix the whole rim.
