A 3-5mm wheel spacer should fix you up though.

Those look sweet. Why not replace the lug stems(bolts longer) and use the 5mm spacer.
Those wheels look great with the polished lip and black center. Plus VERY light, HIGH
QUALITY wheels !!!

Maybe a little off topic, but when I ordered a set of wheels and tires from TireRack, I stressed that I had Brembos, and insisted they write on the order ticket that THEY guaranteed clearance. When the wheels came, they did not clear. When I informed TireRack, they were all apologies, immediately sent me shipping materials and pre-paid UPS labels and issued me a full refund including my shipping costs. They assumed full responsibility, and could not have been more professional about the entire ordeal.
MORAL...If I were you I'd talk the the seller and ask for my $$$ back. They assured a fit, and it's thier responsibility since they do not clear your brakes. IMO, spacers are unsafe and personally, I'd be scared of losing a wheel every time I took an off-ramp at high speed with them on my hubs. The wheels don't fit. Period. Send 'em back.

This is true, if you don't want them now, the seller SHOULD refund your money, but
who's going to pay shipping back? The spacers are fine and safe at 5mm. If you get
longer studs and space the wheels 5mm there will be no problems. But going much higher
on spacing I wouldn't do. IMO... If you really LOVE the wheels, don't worry about a 5mm
spacer, as long as your studs are long enough to turn I think is 6-7 turns with the lug nut
on the stud.. The wheel WON'T fall off.
