wheel offsets

wheel offsets

i am looking to buy a set of wheels for my tl-p.

1. what does offset mean?
2. what offset should my wheels be?
3. does width matter?
4. how do i know if it will rub?

Here check out this page CLICK HERE we have POSSITIVE OFFSET.
its best to try to keep above +45 on our cars to help keep it from rubbing. the higher the better. (factory is +55)

width, keep it between 7 and 8 most run 7.5 the wider the rim the more offset is needed to keep it from rubbing

how do you know if it will rub. keep the offset higher than +45 and use a tire width of 225. 235 with a higher offset
