Wheel locking nut

crazy question, but does the 2006 TL come with wheel locking nuts.
Today I considered rotating my wheels since I stopped taking the car to the dealership in February, and realized that all 20 nuts are just the standard lug nuts. I could remember when I bought the car August 2006, each wheel had a locking nut.
There were numerous issues with the car since I purchased it and took it back to the dealership. Last time there was to have two new front tires and to fix a wheel their "experts" damaged. Corporate is aware of all issues.
Now I'm looking at the wheels and see no locking nut. I popped the trunk and looked at the tool kit that's there. I do recall seeing a key for the locking nut in one of the slots there. All I see are the two cargo nets, jack, handle, and two wheel adapters (one longer than the other (hex) both having extended machine screw at the end.
I did an extensive search here to see if anyone has posted a picture of the tool kit and what is included.
Just wanted to confirm if indeed there are suppose to be four locking nuts with the TL before I make the call.

I dont think it was a standard feature because I've seen a lot of TLs without wheel locks

I have locking nuts but they were dealer purchased. There is/was no lock nut socket in my tool kit. it's kept in a black bag in the console. Are you sure you aren't mistaken? You bought the car 7 years ago. If my car was missing one or all of the lock nuts, I'd notice it within a day or two, no question.

I guess then I'm mistaken. I just wanted to be certain. The car is seven years old (40k) and I've had so many issues with the car that it was constantly being taken back to the dealership. Only to discover they did more harm than good. I've only started doing my own work on the car about a year and a half ago. Thanks to this forum and members for guidance.
It's just that I'm looking at the tool kit and identifying what's there and saw a little gap and am asking myself if there was a lock nut key socket included.
All that I can identify in the tool kit are:
1) Cargo nets
2) Scissor Jack
3) Jack handle (extension)
4) Wheel nut wrench
5) Tow hook
6) Tow hook extension
7) Bolt extension for the spare tire wheel well.

Thanks.

I got my 07 certified pre-owned and it had factory wheel locks. There is a space in the styrofoam in the truck for the key. Mcguard makes them, but they are garbage. The key on mine broke and the only way the stealership would remove them for me was if I bought new locks for 60 bucks. Why would I buy more crappy locks. I just hammered a 12 point socket on them and replaced them with the set of Gorilla locks where ALL the lug nuts are lock nuts.
