wheel lock suggestions

Hey, fellas and gals:

I want to get some wheel locks for my recently purchased 05 TL 6MT. Currently I have the stock star-shaped rims.

What do you guys recommend/suggest?

Been reading on the forum lateley about wheels getting jacked so I want to do whatever I can to deter would-be thieves.

Thanks.

I'd also like to add something to this thread that im confused with as well ..

Will my stock lugs work with a-spec wheels? (even if they do, is something else better that someone could suggest, but not $150)

Are gorilla locks a lug nut as well, or to they go over the lug nut?

If I'm envisioning this properly (and am prolly not), i'd have 3 oem lugs, 1 oem lug/lock, and 1 gorilla lock on each wheel....do i have that right?

so yeah, im confused on such a simple topic

Thanks!!

Factory lug Nuts do work with the a specs. Just installed them yesterday.

Love'em cosmetically and mechanically...

I have moved your thread into the appropriate sub-forum

Gorilla Wheel Locks are pretty good to deter criminals, however if someone really wants your rims, its pretty easy to steal:
  1. Gator Grips
  2. Torch + Chisel + Hammer + Screw-Driver
  3. Wheel Lock Removing Bits
