Wheel HELP needed!

I have a 2007 TL type S that is completely stock, I bought some winter tires for the first time this year, and want to keep those tires on the stock rims, and purchase a new set of rims and summer tires. I really liked the Rota Grids and GForce in gunmetal. I tried the Grids in 17x9 with a 42offset, and they did not fit, the spokes would not clear the claiper.

I was told the GForce 18x9 with a 30 offset would clear the caliper, does anyone know if it will clear the calipers? Most of the information I have found on acurazine is not spefcific to the Type S.

I am willing to go with 17x8; 17x9; 18x8; or 18x9, whatever will fit. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

The 18x9 +30 will clear brembos
Match it with a 235/40/18

Thanks Jordan, do you know if they will fit flush or of they will stick out? One of the dealers said it would be an aggressive fit.

I don't think the grids come in that size paperboy.

This whole process has been difficult not knowing how all the wheel and tire sizing works. However, I think have it narrowed down to the gforce in gunmetal or the enkei performance imola in black. I was really trying to avoid black on black but I saw a pic and thought they looked really sweet on the car.
