245/35-19
A 245/45-17 is 25.68" in height and a 245/35-19 is 25.75". Section width is the same, so as the 245/45-17 causes no problems, you'll be good to go with the 245/35-19, unless the wheel offset is vasty different than OE.

I have 19x8.5" with a +45 offset, and I'm running the 245's with no issue. If I were to push the hweel out 10mm, it would still be fine, sI think your offset is ok. I'm only lowered on A-Spec suspension though (3/4" drop).

Yes, but many install the 245/45-17 without a problem and plenty of clearance. Me included.

Sorry wasn't questioning the clearance .. just pointing out that going to a 245 will throw the speedo off some.

Just breeze through the giant 'Tire/Wheel/Suspension' thread stickied at the top of this forum. I would say 245's are the most popular on 8" wheels. The 3rd Gen TL is very forgiving with big feet and rubber under the arches. Some guys have 20's on Tein Basic drop and don't rub.

Depends on how low you want to drop. If you're going to be avg. with your drop, you will have no problems with 245's. I'm running it right now. If you're going to be agressive with your drop, you might start to shed the outter edges of your front tires. That's what happened to me when I decided to slam it, but then I just raised it back up and it was ok. So you're safe with 245mm.

But keep in mind, 245 makes the rim look smaller due to the rubber overhang. I'm going to switch to 235 on my next set, maybe even 225. Specs on my rims are: 19 x 8.5 w/ 42mm offset.
