What tires for under $500

What tires do you recommend for about $500 or less. I dont drive the car in snow at all so no need to worry about that. I know its kind of cheap budget but I want the best performance handling available for this price.
I was leaning towards the Falken ziex ze 512 as i saw in the article section.
Any better suggestions? Thanks

General G-Max AS-03 in 235/45/17 are $115 each. They have snow traction which is irrelevant for you, but great reviews from the Tirerack team.

Here's the thing though...

You are willing to spend $500 for tires. Yea Falken Ziex of Hankooks will work, but you will not get good life out of them (in fact I think I've heard from the majority of people that although Falkens are great gripping tires, the tread wears pretty quickly). If you spend a coupel hundred more you could honestly get almost 2x the life out of the tires.

It sounds like you have a budget so don't want to spend much. But when you don't spend much you are usually limited to tires that wear quickly. If you are willing to pay an extra 1-2 hundred, you can get much better tires that will last a lot longer, which is what I would do
