What size wheels should i get ?

So i'm going to do some mods to my 07' TL soon and I was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction as far as wheel sizes go. I live in NYC so the pot holes are like land mines...they're everywhere..it's like a war zone out here. Help please

it's up to you really, there are alot of NYC ppl on here with 19-20" wheels. but for a peace of mind, I'd go with 18"

18" seems to be a good trade-off...personally I went with 19" because I found a good deal. My tires are 235/35R19. They are low profile, but make the car look good (even without a drop)

Personally, I think 18's will look great if it's the right wheel. Although 19" is probably the "best" size to get, a good 18" wheel will look better than an ugly 19" wheel. But like the other's said.. It's mostly personal preference. Good luck!
