What to buy... read specs

I'm looking for a wheel priced at $300. It needs to be made by a reputable maker and cust $300 or under per wheel in 18" size. I already have the tires and such. I need wheels that wont have problems getting scratched if the wheel is curbed on accident (or car wash). My current wheels stick out to far on the face and have scratches. I have seen many wheels with an inset face where they are relatively safe.

Man you don't ask to much for wheels :wow: Don't take this wrong but I don't think any wheel can take getting slammed into a curb or in a accident without some damage. All those nice Honda's you had before and you don't want to put some decent cash into a good set of wheels.

I owner a pair or 15" Anteras for 5 years that the 2-3 times I scuffed them they simply had a few small scratches on the ring area by the tire. I have owned my current wheels for 3 months. i took them through a relatively safe car wash and they also scuffed hower long strips of paint also pealed off leaving huge areas exposed, pissed me off.

Man, car washes are death traps for cars. I got a trunk spoiler ripped of in one once and it was a factory spoiler. Never been back in one since. Sorry to hear your wheels got slam dunked
