I just wanted to warn people not to buy stagg shocks. I purchased them off ebay about 4 months ago and had nothing but problems with them. I replaced all 4 because they seemed like a good deal. They even looked good and sturdy out of the box. The problem came after the install when i heard alot of knocking from the rear. after inspection by 2 different mechanics I bought 1 kyb and replaced it with a new bushing as well and the knocking was gone. I then had another mechanic look at it and he put the stagg back because he said they should be a set. guess what happened. the knocking came back. Now I am going back to OEM because I don't have money to buy a additional KYB and pay for the install. I will put a mathing OEM set (my old set with 43k on it) back in the car. after spending way too much on labor I feel like I was shafted. I Do not want anyone to go through the headache I did. If you can afford it stick to KYB and Be happy. The front set seems to be fine for Now lets see how long they will last, I already saw another post where 1 blew and the guys car dropped 2 inches after only 1 day.

did they try adding a bushing to the sagg shocks?

 

is this for 2nd or 3rd gen? Ive found nothing for the 3rd gen but what did you expect for 150 bucks for 4 shocks ?

 

Not to put you down anymore but u went from worse to bad...kyb sucks also!.......I'd go with tokico if you are not trying to waste to much money. In the end you have to go by "you get what you pay for"
