Wanna lower my TL

The function and form type 1s kinda.. well.. suck. It feels shaky in the back when i take off from a complete stop 90% of the time. Problem stopped when i put the stock suspension back on.

Anyone know a decent suspension lowering kit? Anyone lowered theirs and had no problems? Or is there a way to fix mine and stick with the F&FT1's i got?

Where do you live? Considering the condition of the roads here in the NY area, pot hole world, the LAST thing I'd do is lower the car.

You might want to get better shocks like KYB's. If you have an A/T model, you 'll notice a huge improvement just by replacing the rear stabilizer bar.

Toronto, Canadian here. I mostly do highway driving though and around here the roads aren't too bad. Ive had it lowered before and it wasnt so bad.

Also what are KYB's?

Tls look even sexier when lowered, plus i corner better.

The function and forms have to be one of the worst coil overs for our cars - they are cheap n lower your car but handling is SHIT and it vibrates when accelerating. I switched from F&F in less than a year to BC racing and would never look back.

no problems - this is my 2nd car with them and love them. Really nice feature is that you can adjust the dampening - and the coilovers are rebuildable!

Definitely check out ISC coilovers. We are having ridiculously low sale pricing on them only for another week or two. They are $799 not including shipping and feature independent ride height, damping, and spring preload adjustment. They are rebuildable and come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty from ISC! We have a couple sets of the Street/Sport and Race/Track coilovers left in stock.

I went with Tein Street Basis for just under $600. No problems so far. You can adjust them to the exact ride height that meets your needs. My 06 TL base model has over 120,000 miles on it so lowering springs was out of the question. Stock suspension gets very worn after about 80,000-100,000 miles

Street Basis are a great affordable way to go. They'll lower you down a bit and provide a nice ride.

+1 for Tein. Nice firm ride with all the beauty of 1 inch lower. That plus 20mm spacers =
