hey guys, i got questions on volkracing av3 and the yoko av sport tires

say i got the following spec:
19 x 8.5 front with 235/35/19
19 x 9.5 rear with 275/30/19

how much would you say that combo will cost new? now if i can get a used set (rims are like new, and tires are 80-90%) for around 2600, is that a bad/ok/good/very good deal?

Thats actually not too bad a price,
considering that the price of the wheels alone are 550 a piece, and new tires would run you about 185 each. I would probably offer like 2200 though, just cause they are used.

where can you get the rims for 5xx? i checked some online stores and they have them for 7xx at least, and the tires run for like 250 a piece? of course i am sure if you know people you can get better prices

you can get 18's without tires for around $1800 a set.

Thats not a bad deal..my friend just brought the same set up. Rims and tires for 2600 for his maxima. He brought it back from a friend and he got it for around 4500 new with rims and tires.

I think that's a good price... I looked into those a long time ago... a friend's got those on his NSX... I remember they were NOT cheap... and I think I was looking at 18" wheels. Volk is a very good brand... Just make sure the tires ARE 80% to 90%. Some people exaggerate and over rate them... Have you seen them in person? And it never hurts to try and bargan.

thanks for the inputs yeah they are 19 not 18. they are for the gs400 that's why they are "big". so i guess 2600 is a reasonable price huh? i have only seen pics of the tires, but yes i will see that in person too. and of course i am gonna bargain, aren't we all good at that?

my gs is still bone stock, and of course i will mod it. just need a good start. i am doing a lot of research for parts now. and i will probably decide these two weeks whether i will get them. it seems like they are priced pretty well
