VMR V710FF Baby!!
Wsup AcuraZine friends!
Just want to say I got around editing my photos of my new beautifully crafted shoes!
I would like to introduce the VMR V710FF in 19x9.5 +33!
As some of you know, my first post was in the 3rd Gen TL section/Photography section. Now, I just want to focus on my fitment and would like to share my experience.
I decided I wanted to check out some VMR wheels since they were big in the Euro Scene. So I waddle my way down to their Anaheim, CA location. Upon entering, the show room was just amazing, clean, organized and fresh! Everything just POPS! It was early January 2016, so they still had their X-Mas decoration which I thought was pretty cool.
Within seconds, I got greeted by Tracy. Tracy is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, customer services oriented person I have met in awhile. He knows his stuff, he's been in the scene, and he didn't rush me to close a sale! You're awesome Tracy if you can see this!
After about 1.5 hours conversing, I made up my mind with the V710FF (Free Flow) wheels. It was different... It's only available in graphite sapphire color. It looked clean and settle for my taste.
I couldn't wait to get it on! So I went straight back to my shop once Tracy told me it was ready to picked up! He estimated a 5 business day, but it only took 3 business day to be ready!
After a week playing with my fitment. Time to do a quick detail and photoshoot! Here are the results! (Excuse my editing, I suck)
I am so satisfied with my purchase! Already getting the death stares when driving around! Haha
The V810 that they have also looks pretty tasty! Check them out at Home Page - VMR Wheels !!!!
Speak to Tracy if you're interested! He's awesome!!

looks great!!
a few months ago i was looking to change my wheels up and vmr was one of my top choices. i worked with tracy a lot over phone and email and he was SUPER helpful, very nice, and had lots of knowledge. unfortunately they didn't have a fitment that fit over the brembos in an 18" so i went another route.
what's the weight on those wheels and what size tire did you go with? your setup looks great i just wish they had brembo friendly options in 18"!!

yea those look great and so does the car, I love it....they remind remind me of avant grade M310. I just recently got a set of Advan RZ in 18x9. 19s look sweet on the TL but just a bit big for my taste

Yea, it was a tough choice for me between 18s and 19s. But then I thought, the body of the TLS is so big, so in my opinion it'll fit the whole wheel well pretty good.

But VMR is TUV cert. Great thing right there. I just thought the euro scene line was cheesy.

I've got a bag of dicks over here if you want to start munching, homie. Some of yall can be the biggest dickheads a majority of the time then suddenly turn around and be so sensitive you make high school girls look tough. Get over it because the rest of you are no better. I thought the euro scene line was cheesy. That's all. VMR makes quality shit. Sure they aren't forged but not all of us care for that level of quality. Moving on.

I called you out for equating these to Rotas, and then you back pedalled and said it's because of the euro comment OP made. Please. I call BS as I see it.

So why didn't you equate them to Rays wheels then? Or do VMR wheels need 8 more levels or certification before you go there?

I didnt equate them to Rays because Rays are known to be one of the highest quality when it comes to their Volk Racing line.
VMR wheels are replicas. All be it safe. They are replicas. Rotas are replicas. Rotas are also more popular than VMR and very popular in every scene. Hence the comment. Rotas aren't known to fail any more than all the other replica companies out there. Even Rota has TUV certified designs just like VMR.
VMR has a whole lot more in common with Rota than they do a power house company like Rays.
Do you come in only salty or do you have other flavors? Being a Taco I prefer spicy... can you do spicy?

LMAO. Dude. I told OP it was the cheesy Euro comment BEFORE you came in here puffing your chest. Check it out. I explained myself almost 30 minutes before you opened your mouth so save it bro. No ones backpedaling here.

We just wanted to step in and briefly give some honest insight to the mindset & way of thinking here at VMR Wheels. We don't intend to fuel any debate, but rather hope this will help the community better understand our intentions and the way we operate.
Some of our older styles were indeed inspired designs. I.e. V703 is OEM BMW CSL styled, but offered in sizes the OEM forged CSL wheels were not and a fraction of the price; V708 is OEM Audi RS4 styled, but offered in sizes the OEM RS4 wheels were not, and a fraction of the price, etc. - you get the idea.
However, the focus on our newest generation of designs has been aggressive aesthetics, quality manufacturing, and crafting wheel styles/designs that we pretty much just think will look cool. We generally try not to make comparisons between our own brand and others as we strive to focus on ourselves, and how we can improve our own products & services.
I can't speak for other wheel companies but I can tell you we really are wheel heads here in the VMR office. Employees here have owned many, many sets of Japanese and German manufactured wheels (in addition to many sets of VMR's of course!). If you see us at a show come by and say hi, we would love to talk wheels for days! We harness our passion for quality wheels and apply this genuine enthusiasm to the VMR brand. We offer lightweight flow formed wheels (19" start @ 20.8 LBS), TUV certifications, excessively high load ratings, and do our best to offer some of the best customer service/support within the automotive industry - all at reasonable prices. Most importantly, we are always looking for feedback on how to improve as we truly love and support the automotive aftermarket (you should see the employee parking area over here ).
Hopefully that gives a peek into our thinking here at VMR Wheels! With that all said, it seems this thread is starting to get a little off topic. Hopefully we can put some of these comments behind us and try to focus on LiquidXTS awesome pictures & car

I, for one, applaud wheel companies that produce wheels "in the style of", but in more aggressive offsets, and at less expensive prices than OEM, if they're safe. Safety is always my main concern, as is yours I'm sure, but aesthetics is right there close to it. In fact, too close, I purchased Miro wheels (which have been known to crack under harsh conditions) because they were the perfect size (IMO). Had I known VMR produced this size wheel I would have certainly purchased VMR instead.
Keep doing what you're doing man!

Hey CS22!
19x9.5 +45 on the rear with 19x8.5 +35 for the front may fit fine although I haven't had a chance to double check this just yet!
For standard fitment specification, we recommend 19x8.5 +35 all around.
LiquidXTS is running very aggressive with his 19x9.5 +33 all around.
No need for adapters, as we machine all of our wheels to spec! Fits perfectly with you 5x114.3 PCD and 64.1 hub bore!
