No, that's not bad at all. When it gets bad is when you are turning and hit a big bump, then you'll see deep cut lines. Going straight you'll have no issues.

So, moral of the story, if you are TURNING, go slow if you think there is a bump.

With regards to the tab, just where the fender meets the front bumper cover is probably where you are rubbing, you just need to dremel that down, or roll it with a roller. Either will work.

It's more common than rubbing n the inner tab, which, as I understand it, you can't even rub on unless you have removed the fender liner.

I think you are rubbing right where the pinch weld flares out. You can dremel this with it on the car, or roll it. There will still be plastic there I think, unless you cut a bit of it out as well.

Again, remember, TURNING and big BUMPS are your enemy. The rest of it will be fine, even if you don't do anything.

yea that's exactly what i'm talking about. most people call it the inner tab, it flares out
most of us with rubbing issues have dremeled it (cut it)

Ah, I see. I have seen pictures of another tab on the inside when the fender liner is removed, and that area can really cut a tire up as well.

Forgotten I had taken a pic of this exact spot for reference.

That's probably what you are rubbing on, and what needs to be cut a bit, or bent upwards.

I just went out to take a pic but its too sunny and u cant see anything, but u can cut that piece? isn't its gonna cause the paint to chip and stuff and then rust? its the metal part on the actually fender correct? cause its like rolled then the metal kinda flares out. and when u mean dremmel sand it down or cut it ?

Yes, you can dremel it, cut it, roll it, just get it out of the way. OR, if you're like me, leave it and just be careful turning and hitting bumps.

I will, however, need to get the Skunk 2 camber kit next time, for the 275's. In a perfect world you'd have a camber kit front and rear to be able to do whatever you want, but there is a cost to that, certainly, and most guys don't want to pay it.

IF you do cut or dremel it, make sure to cover it in some sort of paint to keep it from rusting. Just use anything, it isn't visible, so brush on some model paint or something.

Oh that's not damage at all, but remember, it'll only get worse. To me, if you're not into the sidewall, then there is no danger, and no issue. The sidewall is the weak part of any tire, and you must not damage it in any way. The tread, meh, makes no difference, you could take a knife and cut huge chunks out if it and not even notice. So as long as you don't see any damage to your car, or to your tire sidewall you're fine.

BUT, THE PC ANSWER IS TO BE CAREFUL AND NEVER MODIFY YOUR CAR.

Getting a front and rear camber kit is really the only way to do fitment "right", as it allows you control, and sometimes it only comes down to a few degrees. Most people forgo the kits and just rub a little, because of the cost. I'd drive it a bit and see where you're at before buying anything.
