Type S brembo clearing question

Ok so im a new member on here and i have an 07 Tl-s. I have done all my searching and done a lot of reading on this but still kinda of confused. I would like to know what offset i need to clear my brembos with these wheels. i know its not all about the offset but the design too. Any advice from the wheel pros would be greatly appreciated. I have called discount and they dont know anything. That being said heres a link to the wheels.

http://www.nicheroadwheels.com/m129-targa-w-7870.htm

Im also on stock suspension may get conservative drop tein ss or coilovers but no slamming just 1/2 inch fender gap.
I dont want to roll fenders or pull fenders
No stretch tires but dont mind smaller tire to make flush
Will use spacers if needed but would rather get right offsets.

Niche Targa
19x8.5 all around with only et25 option in my color choice (i think this is too much poke but seen post saying this would be flush.)
or
18x8 all around et40 (like this option best but dont know if it will clear brembo) hoping to run 235 or 245/40 was told i need et+37--+50 but discount said would work????
or
18x9.5 all around et40 (since offset kinda high figure wide wheel will add more concave look.)

19x8.5 (et.45) and 19x9.5 (et. 45) clears the Porsche BBKs so I would assume they would clear our OEM Brembos also.

My personal choice would be 18x9.5+40 all around and go with slightly stretched tires. The 8 and 8.5 aren't going to look very concaved.

You should call up Niche though. They will probably give you a better answer than us.
